プライバシーポリシー (Privacy Policy)
SoftMotion TTS（以下「本サービス」）は、ユーザーの個人情報および関連データを、本ポリシーに従い取り扱います。
This Privacy Policy explains how SoftMotion TTS (the “Service”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information.
1. 運営者（管理者）(Controller)
個人情報の取扱いに関する管理者：SoftMotion（個人事業）。お問い合わせは末尾の連絡先までご連絡ください。
Controller: SoftMotion (sole proprietor). Contact details are provided at the end of this Policy.
2. 取得する情報 (Data we collect)
- 識別・認証：API キー（user_key）のハッシュ、ユーザー ID 等。平文のキーは保存しない設計とします（運用上の例外は最小限）。
- 利用・課金：リクエストメタデータ、消費クレジット、合成結果の URL、エラーログ等。
- 入力コンテンツ：テキスト、参照音声（WAV）等、サービス提供に必要な範囲で送信された内容。
- 決済（ウェブ）：Stripe を利用する場合、Stripe が処理する決済情報（カード番号等の機微情報は当社サーバーに保存しません）。Stripe の取扱いは Stripe のポリシーに従います。
- 決済（iOS）：App Store / Apple による In-App Purchase。取引検証に必要な範囲で、Apple が発行するレシート／取引 ID 等をサーバーで検証します。
- 通信・インフラログ：Cloudflare 等のインフラが自動取得する IP アドレス、アクセスログ等。
- Identity / auth: hashed API keys (user_key), internal user IDs; we do not intend to store raw secrets where avoidable.
- Usage / billing: request metadata, credit consumption, generated audio URLs, error logs.
- Content you submit: text and optional reference audio needed to perform TTS.
- Web payments: payment processing via Stripe; sensitive card data is handled by Stripe under its policies.
- iOS payments: Apple In-App Purchase; we verify receipts/transaction identifiers on our servers as needed.
- Infrastructure logs: IP addresses and access logs collected by providers such as Cloudflare.
3. 利用目的 (Purposes)
- 本サービスの提供、認証、クレジット管理、合成処理
- 不正利用防止、セキュリティ、品質改善、障害対応
- 法令遵守、お問い合わせ対応
- Provide, authenticate, bill, and operate the Service (including synthesis)
- Prevent abuse, protect security, improve quality, troubleshoot incidents
- Comply with law and respond to inquiries
4. 法的根拠（EEA/UK 利用者向けの参考）(Legal bases)
欧州経済領域（EEA）または英国にお住まいの方には、GDPR に基づき、契約の履行、正当な利益（不正防止・サービス改善）、同意（該当する場合）、法的義務の遵守を根拠とする場合があります。
For users in the EEA/UK, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security and service improvement), consent where required, and legal obligations.
5. 保管・保存期間 (Retention)
合成音声やログは、配信・サポート・不正調査のために一定期間クラウドストレージ（例：Cloudflare R2）等に保存される場合があります。保存期間は運用上必要な範囲で定め、不要になったデータは削除または匿名化を行います。
Generated audio and logs may be stored for a limited period in cloud storage (e.g., Cloudflare R2) for delivery, support, and abuse investigation. We retain data only as long as necessary and then delete or anonymize it where feasible.
6. 第三者提供・委託 (Processors & sharing)
法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、ホスティング・決済・インフラ等の委託先（例：Cloudflare、Stripe、Apple）に処理を委託することがあります。
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with processors (e.g., Cloudflare, Stripe, Apple) strictly as needed to operate the Service, or when required by law.
7. 国外への移転 (International transfers)
クラウドインフラの性質上、データが日本国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。委託先の契約・標準契約条項等により適切な保護措置を講じます。
Because we use global cloud infrastructure, data may be processed outside your country. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses where applicable.
8. セキュリティ (Security)
HTTPS 通信、アクセス制御、ハッシュ化等の安全対策を講じます。インターネット上のサービスであり、絶対的な安全性を保証するものではありません。
We use measures such as HTTPS, access controls, and hashing where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. お客様の権利 (Your rights)
個人情報保護法その他適用法に基づき、開示・訂正・利用停止・消去等を求めることができる場合があります。ご請求は連絡先までお願いします。EEA/UK にお住まいの方は、監督当局への不服申立て権を有する場合があります。
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, restrict, object, or delete personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (where applicable).
10. 児童 (Children)
本サービスは、児童を主な対象とするものではありません。保護者の同意なく児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent where required.
11. 本ポリシーの変更 (Changes)
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定します。改定後は本ページに掲載した内容が適用されます。
We may update this Policy. The posted version on this page applies after publication.
