利用規約 (Terms of Service)
本規約は、SoftMotion TTS（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SoftMotion TTS (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. 定義 (Definitions)
- 「本サービス」：テキストを音声に変換する API およびウェブ／アプリから提供されるインターフェース（SoftMotion TTS）。
- 「ユーザー」：本サービスを利用する個人または法人。
- 「クレジット」：音声生成の利用量に応じて消費される単位（250 文字＝1 クレジット、端数切り上げ・最低 1）。
- “Service” means the text-to-speech API and related web/app interfaces branded as SoftMotion TTS.
- “User” means any individual or entity that uses the Service.
- “Credits” are units consumed for audio generation based on input length (250 characters = 1 Credit, rounded up, minimum 1).
2. 提供内容 (Service overview)
本サービスは、テキストから音声を生成する機能（TTS）および API を提供します。任意で参照音声（WAV）を送信した場合、その声色に近い音声で合成できる場合があります。提供内容・仕様・価格は予告なく変更されることがあります。
The Service provides text-to-speech generation and APIs. If you optionally upload a reference voice sample (WAV), the output may resemble that voice. Features, specifications, and pricing may change without prior notice.
3. クレジット制 (Credits)
- 消費基準：250 文字＝1 クレジット（端数切り上げ）。1 回の合成ごとに、入力テキストの文字数に応じたクレジットを消費します。
- 有効期限：購入したクレジットは購入日から 1 年間有効です。
- 返品・返金：デジタルコンテンツの性質上、原則として返品・返金はお受けできません（法令に基づく場合を除く）。
- ウェブ購入は Stripe、iOS アプリ購入は Apple の In-App Purchase により処理されます（各提供者の規約が適用されます）。
- Consumption: 250 characters = 1 Credit, rounded up per synthesis request.
- Expiry: purchased Credits are valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
- Refunds: due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.
- Payments: web purchases may be processed via Stripe; iOS purchases via Apple In-App Purchase, each subject to the provider’s terms.
4. API キー（user_key）(API key)
本サービスでは、ログインの代わりに API キー（user_key）を発行する場合があります。キーは厳重に管理し、第三者に開示しないでください。紛失時の復旧方法はサービス仕様に従います。
The Service may issue an API key (user_key) instead of a traditional login. You must keep it confidential. Recovery/reissuance rules follow the Service’s published behavior.
5. 参照音声・入力コンテンツ (Reference audio & content)
参照音声および入力テキストについて、第三者の権利を侵害しないもののみを送信してください。違法・有害・他人の肖像・声を無断で模倣する目的での利用は禁止します。
You must only submit reference audio and text that you have the right to use. You may not use the Service to impersonate others unlawfully or to generate unlawful or harmful content.
6. 禁止事項 (Prohibited conduct)
- 不正アクセス、過度な負荷、Bot による乱用、キーの共有・転売
- 第三者の著作権・肖像権・パブリシティ権その他の権利を侵害する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- Unauthorized access, excessive load, abusive automation, sharing or reselling keys
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- Any use that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
7. 知的財産 (Intellectual property)
本サービスに関するソフトウェア、デザイン、商標、ドキュメント等の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、ユーザー生成の音声出力に関する権利帰属を法令に従い別途定めるものとし、入力に基づく成果物の利用はユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
Software, branding, documentation, and related rights in the Service belong to the operator or licensors. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with third-party rights.
8. 免責 (Disclaimer)
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、法令上免責が認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません（故意または重過失がある場合を除く）。
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. 規約変更 (Changes)
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
We may update these Terms. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
10. 準拠法・管轄 (Governing law)
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします（消費者契約法その他強行法規の範囲内）。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory consumer laws of your country provide otherwise. Courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to such mandatory laws.
