利用規約 (Terms of Service)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SoftMotion TTS (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• “Service” means the text-to-speech API and related web/app interfaces branded as SoftMotion TTS.
• “User” means any individual or entity that uses the Service.
• “Credits” are units consumed for audio generation based on input length (250 characters = 1 Credit, rounded up, minimum 1).

The Service provides text-to-speech generation and APIs. If you optionally upload a reference voice sample (WAV), the output may resemble that voice. Features, specifications, and pricing may change without prior notice.

• Consumption: 250 characters = 1 Credit, rounded up per synthesis request.
• Expiry: purchased Credits are valid for one (1) year from the purchase date.
• Refunds: due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.
• Payments: web purchases may be processed via Stripe; iOS purchases via Apple In-App Purchase, each subject to the provider’s terms.

The Service may issue an API key (user_key) instead of a traditional login. You must keep it confidential. Recovery/reissuance rules follow the Service’s published behavior.

You may register only your own voice or audio you have permission to use. Do not register the voice of another person, celebrity, family member, acquaintance, or any third party without permission. You are responsible for the audio you register, the text you submit, and how you use generated audio.

You may not use the Service for the following purposes.

• Impersonation or making others believe you are someone else
• Fraud, threats, harassment, or deceiving others
• Requests for money transfers, payments, investment offers, fake billing, or refund scams
• Pretending to be a bank, police, government office, school, company, family member, or acquaintance
• Collecting authentication codes, PINs, passwords, bank details, addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive information
• Using generated audio to bypass identity checks, voice authentication, or other authentication systems
• Registering, generating, or publishing voices of third parties, celebrities, family members, or acquaintances without permission
• Creating or distributing false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Unauthorized access, excessive load, abusive automation, sharing or reselling keys
• Infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Any use that violates applicable laws or public order and morals

Generated audio is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 14 days. Please download and save any audio you need.

If abuse or prohibited use is confirmed, we may suspend use of the Service, delete registered voices, suspend accounts, or take other necessary action.

Software, branding, documentation, and related rights in the Service belong to the operator or licensors. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with third-party rights.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these Terms. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless mandatory consumer laws of your country provide otherwise. Courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to such mandatory laws.
